Certificate Help

How public verification works

Certificates on AiMedZone are backed by a unique verification code and a public lookup flow that does not require login.

  • Enter the verification code on the public certificate verification page to confirm authenticity.
  • A valid result shows the learner name, course title, issue date, and the verification code used for the lookup.
  • If a result is invalid or revoked, the public page will not confirm the certificate as authentic.
  • Use the exact code shown on the certificate to avoid lookup errors caused by missing characters or separators.

FAQs

Common questions

Do I need an account to browse public courses?

No. Public course browsing is available without login. Enrollment and protected learning flows require an account.

Can I verify a certificate without signing in?

Yes. Certificate verification is intentionally public so employers, institutions, and peers can confirm authenticity.

Why is a certificate not verifying?

The code may be incorrect, the certificate may not be valid, or it may have been revoked by an administrator.

What happens after I complete a course?

Completion status, assessment outcomes, and certificate eligibility work together. Not every course automatically guarantees a certificate.

What if my payment went through but access is missing?

Use the contact page and include the course name, payment method, and confirmation details so support can trace the enrollment.

Where should press or partnership requests go?

Use the contact page or the newsroom page guidance so requests land with the right team.
